FA Community Series

Falmouth Academy launched its Community Series in 2001 with a talk by Atlantic correspondent Robert Kaplan. The presentations, which celebrate community, are supported in part by the Woods Hole Foundation.

Community Partnerships

WOODS HOLE DIVERSITY INITIATIVE

In 2004, the leaders of six Woods Hole science institutions signed a memorandum committing their institutions to work together to attract and retain a more diverse workforce. That memorandum established the Woods Hole Scientific Community Diversity Initiative. The initiative in turn established a diversity advisory committee (DAC) to make recommendations as to how the institutions can make the village a more diverse, more inclusive community. Falmouth Academy is proud to be an associate member of the DAC. Click here for information on DAC initiatives and events.

Woods Hole Film Festival

Falmouth Academy is a proud partner of the Woods Hole Film Festival, sharing our campus as a screening venue for select films. The festival is held annually from the last Saturday of July through the first Saturday of August and is the oldest independent film festival on Cape Cod and the Islands. For more information, visit the Woods Hole Film Festival website.

Falmouth Chorale

Falmouth Chorale is comprised of 100 active singers who love singing choral music and performing at community and private events. For more information about upcoming performances at Falmouth Academy and other venues, please visit the Falmouth Chorale website.
