We are a deliberately small, collegial community with talented faculty and staff; as a result, the school enjoys very low turnover in positions. When we do have openings, we will list them below as well as in appropriate outside venues, such as the Cape Cod Times or Falmouth Enterprise. We also accept unsolicited résumés for our files.

Posted July 28, 2010 DIRECTOR of DEVELOPMENT Active in strategic decision making, this person is a key member of the Falmouth Academy leadership team and, working with the Headmaster and the Board of Trustees, is responsible for all fundraising and communications activities including overseeing major and capital gifts, the Annual Fund, alumni relations, events, and other special projects.
