We are a deliberately small, collegial community with talented faculty and staff; as a result, the school enjoys very low turnover in positions. Posted July 28, 2010 DIRECTOR of DEVELOPMENT Active in strategic decision making, this person is a key member of the Falmouth Academy leadership team and, working with the Headmaster and the Board of Trustees, is responsible for all fundraising and communications activities including overseeing major and capital gifts, the Annual Fund, alumni relations, events, and other special projects.
