Alumni Spirit Week Challenge 2017

Spirit Week Challenge 2017 Shoots for 40% Class Participation

and A Way to Honor Mrs. Melillo

The Alumni Spirit Week Challenge was a success! Thank you to all of our alumni donors and their desire to support Falmouth Academy by increasing class percentage rates. The winner was Class of 1996 with 40%, then 1990 with 28%, 2007 with 26%, 1992 with 24% and 1997 with 22%. Our fiscal year ends June 30, and we invite you to continue making gifts to the Annual Fund in honor of Mrs. Melillo. To see your class giving percentage, check out the Alumni Giving page and to make a gift online, visit the Online Giving Page.

Every year at this time, Falmouth Academy students go a little crazy dreaming up class themes and costumes for the Spirit Week competition. The winning result, as always, is bragging rights.

This is also the time of year when we invite alumni to participate in the Spirit Week Challenge by making gifts to the Annual Fund. This year, as we celebrate the school’s 40th Anniversary, we challenge each class to increase their giving to the Falmouth Academy Annual Fund by 40%. (See the chart here to determine where your class stands right now.)

Please consider your gift this year in celebration of our anniversary and in honor of Mrs. Melillo, who is retiring. (The honor assignment will be done automatically, so please let us know if this is not your wish.)

The Challenge has been extended and now goes through May 7. Each day we will post participation results so you can see how your class is doing.

To make a gift, please send a check made out to Falmouth Academy, 7 Highfield Drive, Falmouth MA 02540 or give online here.

P.S. Save the date, June 9, to attend a celebration of Falmouth Academy’s 40th anniversary and Mrs. Melillo’s retirement. To send a note to honor Mrs. Melillo, follow this link.
