All That Jazz - FA Auction and Benefit is April 7th, 6PM

Falmouth Academy’s “All that Jazz” Auction and Benefit will be held April 7

at the Simon Center for the Arts

 

The event features music by the Falmouth Academy Jazz Combo and Martha’s Vineyard pianist Maureen Fischer with hearty hors d’oeuvres and sweet and savory delights provided by Bear in Boots Gastropub.  There will be a silent and live auction led by John Schofield of Eldred’s Auction Gallery.

 

Auction items include original artwork by renowned painter Joseph McGurl, hand-blown pieces from Fritz Glass, and custom furniture by Rochester Cabinet Shop as well as consulting, construction, and plumbing services from architect Eck MacNeely,

C. H. Newton Builders, and Moniz and Son Plumbing. Week-long getaways to St. Lucia, Antigua, and Barbados are available as well as vacation home stays in Paris, France, North Woodstock, NH, Martha’s Vineyard, the St. Lawrence River, and Buffort, SC. Tickets to get you the Vineyard, Boston and New York City are available courtesy of Cape Air, Peter Pan Bus Lines, and the Cape Flyer.

 

An array of fitness offerings includes an entry for the Falmouth Road Race, admission to the Adventure Park at Heritage Museum and Gardens, a group bike ride and lunch along the Shining Sea Bikeway, lift tickets for Wachusett Mountain Ski Area, physical therapy at Balanced Fitness, and dance or fitness classes at Turning Pointe.

 

There are gift cards galore to local shops, restaurants, museums, sporting events, theaters and cultural institutions in addition to themed baskets donated by Falmouth Academy class parents.
